Sonoma Valley, nestled between the Mayacamas and Sonoma Mountains, is a world-renowned wine region known for its rich soils, ideal climate, and proximity to San Francisco. This Grenache Blanc, our first, is sourced from Ceja Vineyards, a Mexican-American family-owned estate, and introduces a varietal of Spanish origin (Garnacha Blanca) that is widely grown in southern France's Rhône Valley. Thriving in warm, dry climates, Grenache Blanc is valued for its resilience and ability to produce structured wines with moderate acidity and excellent aging potential--making it a perfect addition as we expand our white wine program.
Once we received the Grenache Blanc grapes in Oceanside, we pressed it here on site. The juice then fermented in a stainless steel tank. We bottled the wine in February 2026.
