Carruth Cellars Shipping Policy

We ship once a week on Tuesdays. If you have special shipping requests or wish to delay shipping, please make a note in the comments section upon checkout. Wine deliveries always require an adult signature or acknowledgment – carriers will not leave packages at the door. We recommend using a business address for your wine deliveries if you are away from home during the day. Carriers will usually do 3 delivery attempts - if not successful the package will be returned to Carruth. Customers will be notified and will be responsible for all reshipping fees.
We ship to the following states:
AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, ID, IL, MA, MI, MA, MO, NY, NH, NV, NM, OR, TX, WA, WY
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Carruth Cellars is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
